Who sells

Diggiding is a product of Yannis Müller, sole proprietorship, Isone, Switzerland. Contact: info@diggiding.com. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record: the charge on your card reads DIGGIDING.COM, the receipt and any VAT are issued by Stripe, and Stripe applies VAT where your country requires it.

What you buy

A perpetual licence key for Diggiding Pro: batch calculation from CSV, CSV export and saved scenarios. One key, one person, on any number of their own devices. The key is not transferable and may not be shared or resold. The free calculator stays free.

Delivery

The key is sent by e-mail to the address used at checkout within one working day. If it has not arrived within two working days, write to info@diggiding.com and we will resend it.

Refunds

Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked: write to info@diggiding.com from the address used at checkout. The key is then revoked in the next update of the site. Consumers in the EU keep their statutory right of withdrawal; by asking for immediate delivery of the key you agree that the withdrawal period may end early once the key is delivered, and the fourteen-day refund above applies instead.

What the estimates are

Diggiding gives estimates for planning, based on indicative rate tables that are dated on the page. It is not tax, customs or legal advice, and the exact duty, VAT and fees are set by the authorities and carriers involved. You remain responsible for checking the applicable tariff line before quoting or declaring. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any loss arising from use of the calculator is limited to the price paid for the licence.

Updates and continuity

Rate tables are reviewed and published on the site at no extra charge. The key is verified in your browser, so it keeps working on the version of the calculator you have even if the site is one day discontinued or changes.

Privacy

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Everything you type, including CSV files and saved scenarios, stays in your browser. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive your e-mail address and use it only to deliver the key and answer your messages.

Law

Swiss law applies, with the courts of the Canton of Ticino, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Cosa compri

Una chiave di licenza perpetua per Diggiding Pro: calcolo in blocco da CSV, esportazione CSV e scenari salvati. Una chiave, una persona, su tutti i dispositivi propri. La chiave non è trasferibile e non può essere condivisa o rivenduta. Il calcolatore gratuito resta gratuito.

Consegna

La chiave viene inviata per e-mail all'indirizzo usato al momento dell'acquisto entro un giorno lavorativo. Se entro due giorni lavorativi non è arrivata, scrivi a info@diggiding.com e la rimandiamo.

Rimborsi

Quattordici giorni dall'acquisto, senza domande: scrivi a info@diggiding.com dall'indirizzo usato al checkout. La chiave viene poi revocata al primo aggiornamento del sito. I consumatori dell'UE conservano il diritto di recesso previsto dalla legge; chiedendo la consegna immediata della chiave accetti che il periodo di recesso possa terminare in anticipo alla consegna, e al suo posto vale il rimborso di quattordici giorni qui sopra.

Cosa sono le stime

Diggiding fornisce stime per pianificare, basate su tabelle di aliquote indicative, la cui data è dichiarata nella pagina. Non è consulenza fiscale, doganale o legale: dazio, IVA e spese esatti li stabiliscono le autorità e i vettori coinvolti. Resta tua la responsabilità di verificare la voce tariffaria applicabile prima di fare un preventivo o una dichiarazione. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, la responsabilità per perdite derivanti dall'uso del calcolatore è limitata al prezzo pagato per la licenza.

Aggiornamenti e continuità

Le tabelle delle aliquote vengono riviste e pubblicate sul sito senza costi aggiuntivi. La chiave è verificata nel tuo browser, quindi continua a funzionare sulla versione del calcolatore che hai anche se un giorno il sito venisse chiuso o cambiasse.

Privacy

Il sito non imposta cookie, non usa analytics e non carica nulla da terzi. Tutto ciò che digiti, compresi i file CSV e gli scenari salvati, resta nel tuo browser. Stripe tratta i dati di pagamento secondo la propria informativa; noi riceviamo il tuo indirizzo e-mail e lo usiamo solo per consegnare la chiave e rispondere ai tuoi messaggi.

Legge applicabile

Si applica il diritto svizzero, foro del Cantone Ticino, fatte salve le norme imperative a tutela dei consumatori del tuo paese di residenza.
